One bread/loaf/teacake = 10 points
Each time you reach 60 and 120 points, you earn a Great Harvest Reward.
After 120 points, your point count is reset to zero, but your earned rewards remain in your account until you use them.
During your birthday month, you will receive a free goodie!

How points are earned?

Similar to our traditional bread cards, for every bread or teacake purchase in the bakery,  you receive 10 points. For baguettes and dinner rolls/buns, a purchase of two will earn 10 points.

 

What happens to my bread card?

We will transfer all existing punches to the new loyalty program at 10 points/punch. You can switch over to a plastic card or go straight to the phone app that can be linked to a phone number.

 

What’s the need to register?

Though you can earn points with your Great Harvest Rewards plastic card without registering your account, you won’t be able to redeem your points for a reward.
We’ve seen many people lose their bread card so if you lose an unregistered loyalty card, the points are lost forever – don’t let this happen to you by registering your account!

What’s more, during your birthday month, you will receive a free goodie reward.

You will also learn about special promotions first or exclusively like double points and extra rewards from time to time. Be sure to allow notifications so you know when to plan your visit as you never know what perk might be next as a valued Great Harvest Rewards member!

How to earn rewards each visit?

• Open the Great Harvest app on your phone, then check-in and confirm the code with us

OR

• Provide your phone number for us to find your registered account

OR

• Dig around in your wallet for your new plastic Great Harvest Rewards card for us to swipe

What can I redeem my points for?

The app automatically gives you a free goodie for redemption on your account when you hit 60 points. You may redeem for a freshly baked giant cookie of the day. No other sweet bakes qualify for reward redemption.

When you hit 120 points, the app will reset your points to zero in exchange for giving you a free loaf or sandwich (not salad) on your account to redeem.

Please let your Breadista know ahead of payment if you want to look up or redeem rewards.

 

Are there restrictions on rewards?

Your earned rewards remain in your account until you choose to use them. You don’t have to use your rewards as soon as you earn it; however due to the limited scale of our bakery, there is a limit of 2 redemptions per day and the bakes are subject to availability.

The loaf/sandwich reward has a pre-tax limit of $10.

 

What about redeeming at other Great Harvest bakeries?

You can earn and redeem at participating locations, subject to them being enrolled on the same platform.

Each Great Harvest Bread location may apply their own policy with regards to earning points and redeeming rewards.  This policy applies for Johns Creek, GA and Alpharetta, GA only.
