Our artisan sourdough - made from a San Fransisco style starter that is over 21 years old.
We add both freshly milled organic rye and/or wheat in addition to cinnamon, raisins, and walnuts.
No sugar/honey is added to this bread so it's low GI and better for diabetics.
Cinnamon Raisin Walnut Multigrain Sourdough
Our bread is best stored on the counter in our twist tied bread bag. It lasts 7-10 days.
If you put it in the refridgerator, the honey will harden.
If you want to freeze our bread, use another freezer bag and it will last up to 3 months. Defrost naturally and enjoy.
